This is an exciting opportunity to work within RMBC as part of an effective and efficient Revenues, Benefits and Payments Service. The post holder will be responsible for updating and maintaining Business Rates and Council Tax records and will deal with a wide range of customer enquiries across all access channels including telephone enquiries.
You will have experience of working in a Revenues /Benefits office or a similar organisation and will have experience of dealing with customers as well as the ability to use a range of computer applications.
You will be a confident communicator and decision maker who is able to work as part of a team as well as independently. You will be dedicated and committed and will positively embrace change.
