Brokerage is a key part of the successful delivery of Adult Social Care. If successful you will support the deliver excellent services to a wide range of internal and external stakeholders such as: People who use adult social care services, social workers, commissioners, providers of adult social care and health partners.
The role will include:
Using a range of specific IT systems in order to carry out the functions of the role.
